I have been using the sleep patches now for 7 nights and I have been sleeping for 7 nights. Before I would lay awake for hours, not falling asleep, waking up frequently. Now I get a good 7 hours of sleep a night. This is the best product I have tried to help me fall asleep and stay asleep

I saw sleep improvement from the first few days. I wouldn't wake up so much during the night and I would have vivid dreams (to me that means I'm resting). I'm 2 weeks in so waiting for it to be better and better. I think I'm perimenopausal so it's not easy for anything to work since it's hormonal based but very happy so far!

The patches work for me and I can tell it’s a really deep sleep. The problem is the entire next day. I am lethargic and can’t get going seems that it lingers in my body. I tried putting the patch on earlier and taking it off first thing in the morning, but so far this reaction keeps happening. I’m very disappointed because they helped me sleep deep. I feel rested, but it ruins the entire next day, wondering if that’s happened to anybody else it’s obviously one of the ingredients that I’m reacting to.,,?

Without going into detail sleep is hard to come by at the moment and the patches, although not perfect duration wise, have been providing a good deep sleep for when I am asleep and I think they’re building in my system as each night is getting better. Will definitely keep using them and would easily recommend to give them a try yourself!

I have tried everything but these patches really work. I usually wake up regularly through the night and can’t get back to sleep. I also usually struggle to lie in. With the patches I’m getting my best sleep in years. Love them!

I have taken magnesium and melatonin in the past. They work okay, but I always wake up at 2 or so. After 1 week, I have been sleeping better with these. I do wake up at 3, but I go back to sleep fairly quickly. I am pleased so far with the results.

I was sceptical, which is why I only bought one pack but having tried them for a month I have to say they work. The down side is the price. These things must cost pennies to produce but are sold at a high price. A more attractive price would be make me a convert.

Sleep better, still wake up but only a couple of times . Has stopped my restless legs and itch skin

The first nite i used yr sleep patch, i woke up at 3 am n it took me 2.5 hours to fall back to sleep. It was like my previous sleepless nites. I used them again n this time it worked. I sleep thru. Its such a wonderful feeling to wake up happy n fresh. I felt energised. Thank u.

About 30 mins after application a very slight woozy feeling begins.

If I catch this moment right and go to bed I have a deep, restful sleep. I wake up feeling clear headed and rested.

The great thing is these patches work.
Been using them for two weeks. At first my insomnia was variable, ranging from sleeping an unbroken 8 hrs right off, then one ineffective night, settling to good sleep with a 3/4 o’clock wake up, but resettling for another three hours. I feel confident the relief they give can only improve as my body adjusts.

I’ve used the patches 4 times, but I’m not sure if they are working. I never struggle to get off to sleep and the patches seem to help me sleep soundly until about 4am which is normal for me. I can only get back to sleep if I get up to meditate for a while.

I am not convinced these help me get to sleep any quicker but they definitely help me fall sleep more quickly after i wake in the night. Just ordered another pack!

The delivery took much longer than I anticipated. One patch did not make any impact on my sleep, two worked a little better. I guess I was hoping for a miracle cure but sadly this wasn’t the case. I will carry on with the two patches but then they become a little expensive. Again, if ordering another batch, please take into account the length of delivery
