When will my order ship?

All Restelle orders are processed with care and dispatched within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation once your package is on its way.

How long will delivery take?

Our standard worldwide shipping arrives in 4–10 business days. For faster service, express delivery takes 3–6 business days and always includes tracking.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free express worldwide delivery on all orders of €50 or more. This is applied automatically at checkout.



What if my order arrives damaged, incomplete, or doesn’t arrive?

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or is marked as Delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@myrestelle.com. Please include your order number and any supporting photos so we can assist promptly.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement (address, product, or quantity). After this window, your order may already be in process.

What is your return and refund policy?

We stand behind every patch. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all standard purchases. Once your return is approved and received, refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.
